Why Mannequins Are Scary
In a small town like Woodsburrow, a mall opening up is a big thing. The whole town generally gets in on the whole ordeal and rumors of all kinds begin to spread about the building both good and bad and the new owner is usually the main target of these rumors more often than none. This time was no exception especially when the owner was a tall crooked kind of man with greying skin that hung loosely from a boney frame. The most striking feature however, were the man’s yellow eyes that seemed to gleam in greedy luster whenever anyone made a purchase. Many of the neighborhood boys took to calling him a monster man, and Jerry Tanner was one such kid.
He knew something was up with that old geezer, and he was determined to figure out exactly what and prove it to the rest of the town. Welcome to The Freak Showcase!
We promote scarey, dark, and silly, surreal forms of art. Which in includes photography, crafts, original, and fan art. If you do all these, this is the perfect place for you, feel free to join!
Anyone is allowed to join, just make sure you put everything in right folder, and remember the purpose of the group - weird stuff!
But everyone is welcome, so join!
I can't stress this enough - put everything in the right folder! If anyone has questions, ask the Founder, and Co-founder!
Original Art: This folder is only for original art, as the title explains. OC's (original creation/own character) are all welcome!
Fan Art: This folder is for fanart only, but commissions are welcome (when you're doing someone elses character). This folder is welcomes video game, book, movie, etc. fanart.
Photography: Creepy/odd photography is welcome, nothing much to explain here. Oh yes, and it must me relevant to the group's theme. Just because a picture is black and white, doesn't make it aymore creditable.
Crafts: Please don't mix this up with photography - why I say this is due to the fact that you HAVE to take pictures of your crafts, not like you can scan it onto the computer or anything like that - plus, you're trying to portray your craft, not the actual picture itself. I can't put this anymore clear.
Miscellaneous:Literature, videos, anything that doesn't fit in the other folders!
Do not want: Poor quality images, irrelevant images, art from DA Muro (unless its well done), stuff in the wrong folders, scraps. Well general stuff groups don't want.
